LeaderStat is currently seeking a LPNT IRF Travel - RN CASE MANAGER - JACKSONVILLE REHAB HOSPITAL for a(n) 10 week contract in FL.

Start Date: 1/26/2026

Shift: 08:00-16:30

1 year of experience working as a full-time Registered Nurse
Clinical experience within the last 2 years
Current State Licensure
Current Relevant Certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc)
