LeaderStat is currently seeking a LPNT IRF: Travel: RN - Case Manager - ProHealth Rehabilitation Hospital of Wisconsin - Waukesha, WI for a(n) 13 week contract in WI.

Start Date: 4/6/2026

Shift: 08:00-17:30

• 1 year of experience working as a full-time Registered Nurse
• Clinical experience within the last 2 years
• Current State Licensure
• Current Relevant Certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc)
