21 nurses recommend working with LeaderStat
Pros
I would highly recommend Norah to any nurse looking for an exceptional recruiter. Finding someone who genuinely has your back in this industry is rare, but Norah is the absolute gold standard. From day one, she has been incredibly professional, highly organized, and completely honest. There is absolutely zero "used car salesman" vibe with her—she is straightforward, tells you exactly how it is, and ensures you have all the information you need to make the best decisions. What truly sets Norah apart is her dedication. She doesn't just disappear the second a contract is signed. She stays right by your side through the entire assignment, checking in to make sure everything is going smoothly. Her responsiveness is unmatched—every single time I call or text, she answers right away. If you want a recruiter who treats you like a human being, acts with complete integrity, and supports you from start to finish, Norah is the person you want in your corner!
