Description

Department: Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit (CTICU)

Shift: 12-Hour Nights
Assignment Type: Travel
75-Mile Radius Rule: Candidates residing 75+ miles from the facility qualify for the travel assignment
Local Candidates: Accepted at a reduced/local rate if residing less than 75 miles from the facility

Position Requirements

2+ years of nursing experience required
Cardiothoracic ICU (CTICU) experience required
Experience with fresh hearts is REQUIRED
Travel nursing experience required
EPIC experience required
Current AHA ACLS
Current AHA BLS
Current NIHSS

Unit: Cardiothoracic ICU (CTICU)
Number of Beds: 6

Common Patient Diagnoses

Experience caring for patients with:

Cardiovascular surgical (CV Surg) patients
Cardiogenic Shock
Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA)
