Submission Requirements

• Local candidates accepted. Local rate applies to candidates residing less than 75 miles from the facility.

• Updated resume demonstrating 2+ years of Medical/Surgical experience, including stroke stepdown experience.

• Travel nursing experience is required and must be documented on the resume.

• Skills checklist matching the specialty.

• Driver’s license showing an address that matches the candidate demographics.

• Current AHA BLS certification.

• Current NIHSS certification.

• NIHSS is required for this unit and may be obtained prior to start.

• Nursys license verification report showing an active NY RN license and all other active RN licenses.

• RTO (Requested Time Off) must be provided at the time of submission.
