Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Pay: $25–$28 per hour • Status: Full-Time

We are a correctional healthcare provider with a regional focus across Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, Montana, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Texas. Our teams manage day-to-day healthcare operations in facilities with inmate populations ranging from 25 to nearly 2,000 inmates. Location:

Kay County Jail – Newkirk, OK

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with required on-call availability.
This position requires schedule flexibility. Intake evaluations commonly occur between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM, and the LPN must be available to come on-site to complete intakes when they occur.

Position Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides nursing care based on individualized client needs and in accordance with recognized nursing techniques, procedures, and established standards. This includes dependent and independent nursing functions as allowed within the LPN scope of practice and under the direction and delegation of the Registered Nurse.
