Health Services Administrator (HSA) 
Location: Floyd County jail, New Albany IN

Position Summary

TK Health seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to oversee daily medical operations and nursing staff at Monroe County Jail. As the facility’s HSA you will manage clinical care delivery, ensure regulatory compliance, and serve as the primary liaison between custody leadership and our regional leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all nursing services and health-services administration

• Train, schedule, and evaluate nursing staff; maintain appropriate staffing levels

• Monitor quality-assurance metrics and lead continuous-improvement initiatives

• Coordinate with custody officials to ensure safe, efficient patient care
