Chronic Care LPN Williamson County Jail | Franklin, TN

TK Health Clinics is seeking a Chronic Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Williamson County Jail. We are a correctional healthcare provider delivering high-quality care in jails and detention centers across 14 states.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: Up to $32.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Day Shift)
No weekends or 12-hour shifts required

Position Summary the Chronic Care LPN is responsible for rendering nursing care in the assigned chronic care clinic, focusing on individualized patient needs for those with ongoing medical conditions. Care is provided under the direction and delegation of the Registered Nurse, in accordance with recognized nursing techniques, procedures, and established standards within the scope of practical nursing.

Requirements

Active LPN license in the state of Tennessee
Ability to pass a thorough background check and security clearance
New graduates are welcome to apply
Previous experience in chronic care, correctional healthcare, or long-term care is a plus
