📋 POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing nursing care according to individualized patient needs while working under the direction and delegation of a Registered Nurse.
Responsibilities include:
Administering medications and treatments
Monitoring and documenting patient conditions
Assisting with assessments and daily patient care
Maintaining accurate medical documentation
Communicating effectively with providers and healthcare staff
Following established nursing standards and correctional healthcare protocols
✅ QUALIFICATIONS
Valid, unrestricted LPN license
Current CPR certification
Ability to pass a thorough background check
