We are an academic level 1 trauma center located in Cleveland OH.

Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, OR Experience: 2 years Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted) Certifications: BLS; ACLS SSN Required DOB Required References: 2 References in the last 24 months Driver’s License Copy On-File
UHS Specific Employment History Cover Page to be completed with Recruiter
2 Professional References Within Last 2 Years
