RN Case Manager
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $1800.00 - $2700.00

POSITION SUMMARY - RN Case Manager 
POSITION DUTIES - Case Management, Discharge Planning 
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS -
1. 2 years min. case management experience AND 2. 2 years min. inpatient care experience-non-ED-non-clinic-level 1 trauma hospital 3. 2 years min. traveling experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS -

• BSN 
• Inpatient Acute Care within the last 5 Years

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT - 13 Weeks
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK - M-F 08:30a - 5:00pm  (every other weekend rotation)
SYSTEMS - EPIC
START DATE - ASAP
