Registered Nurse – Home Health - Travel - (HH RN)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2691.00 - $2858.00

Travel RN Home Health jobs in King George, VA are available for an ASAP start on a 13-week contract, working 8-hour day shifts Monday through Friday with 40 hours per week. You must have home health experience, OASIS proficiency, and a current CA RN license. No weekends or on-call are required, and you will visit 5 to 6 patients per day with mileage reimbursed at the current IRS rate. Your responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, administering medications and wound care, educating patients and families, coordinating care plans, and documenting health status accurately.
