POSITION SUMMARY – Interim Director of Case Management

POSITION DUTIES – Provides leadership for hospital case management operations, overseeing utilization review, discharge planning, care coordination, and documentation integrity while ensuring compliance, optimizing patient outcomes, and supporting accurate health information management practices.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS –

• KY/compact RN license
• BSN
• BLS
• CCM / ACM
• 2 years experience in specialty in an acute care hospital setting
• Experience as director of case management
• Must be willing to be hands on when needed
• Able to work well with physicians

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 3 months

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – TBD

SYSTEMS – Meditech, Meditech Magic (Careport)

START DATE – 10/19/2026
