Registered Nurse – Case Management- Case Manager - Travel - (CM RN)
StartDate: 10/12/2026 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2730.00 - $2870.00

Travel Case Manager jobs are available at Tenet - San Ramon Regional Medical Center in San Ramon, CA. You will coordinate patient care and transitions in a collaborative hospital environment, focusing on utilization management and discharge planning. To qualify, you must have a bachelor’s degree in nursing, business, or health care administration, or a master’s in social work. A current California RN or LCSW/LMSW license is required, along with at least 3 years of acute hospital case management or healthcare leadership experience. Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is needed. Recommended skills include strong organizational abilities, critical thinking, and excellent communication. Familiarity with InterQual criteria and care coordination is helpful.
