POSITION DUTIES  Case Manager RN: Utilization Review, Discharge Planning, Patient Care Coordination

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS  GA/Compact license; passing VI

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS previous Kaiser experience

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM; EOW; 40 hours
