RN Medical-Surgical travel jobs at the facility in Pueblo, CO let you provide direct care to adult patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery in a collaborative, fast-paced environment using electronic medical record (EMR) systems. You must have an active Colorado or compact Registered Nurse (RN) license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and at least 1-2 years of recent medical-surgical experience. Required certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is often preferred. Skills needed include strong clinical assessment, medication administration, wound care, and effective communication. Recommended experience includes telemetry monitoring and proficiency with EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech.
