2 Yrs. of CVOR CABG, TAVR, EVAR, TEVAR, Lobectomy, Pericardial window, General OR if no CVOR cases Exp. 630a-5p with call -Usually one weekday per week, one weekend per month. BLS Req. Epic -EMR. (BLS AHA) CO or Compact License Req. 60 mile radius from facility to perm address.
