Job Title

Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Location

Upland, CA

Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a Telemetry setting with a focus on ER Holding patients
Continuously monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry data, identifying and responding to changes in patient condition
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Perform thorough patient assessments, documentation, and timely communication of critical findings
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols

Required Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
Current BLS certification
Current ACLS certification
Prior experience in Telemetry nursing
Ability to work night shift hours including weekends and holidays as required

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience in an ER Holding or Emergency Department environment
Familiarity with cardiac monitoring equipment and telemetry interpretation
Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced acute care setting
