Physical Therapist

Contract | Full-Time | Days | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services to a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day
Maintain a productivity expectation of 60 patient visits per week
Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as part of standard scheduling practice
Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for outpatient orthopedic patients
Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Tennessee or eligibility to obtain
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Ability to meet outpatient productivity and scheduling expectations
Willingness to work up to 40 hours per week with a 36-hour weekly guarantee

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior outpatient physical therapy experience strongly preferred
Background in orthopedic patient populations is highly desirable
Experience with high-volume outpatient caseloads and double-booking scheduling models
