Job Title
Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery (LDRP)

Boise, ID
Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Night Shift | Onsite | Shifts: 06:50–19:20 and 18:50–07:20
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in Labor and Delivery, Antepartum, and LDRP OR settings, managing a caseload consistent with AWHONN staffing guidelines
- Titrate Pitocin and Insulin drips per unit protocols
- Circulate in the OR for cesarean section procedures across 3 dedicated OR suites
- Monitor and manage high-risk obstetric patients including those with preeclampsia, placenta previa, multiple gestations, and diabetes
- Perform initial NRP resuscitation until NICU team arrives; collaborate with OB Laborist, Neonatology, and CRNA staff available on-site 24/7
- Float as needed to Antepartum (13-bed high-risk unit) and sister facilities within approximately 20 minutes
Required Qualifications
- Active RN licensure
- Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
- Current NRP certification
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with GE Centricity Perinatal (EFM system)
- Familiarity with high-risk antepartum patient populations
- Experience working alongside Certified Surgical Technologists (CSTs) in an L&D OR environment
