Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown
Location
Kearney, NE
Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Night Shift | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a 21-bed IMC/PCU/Stepdown unit with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
- Monitor and manage PCU and telemetry patients, including post-Cath Lab patients
- Float to Med Surg as needed
- Float to ICU for PCU patient status coverage as needed
- Participate in every-other-weekend shifts as required
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Current NIHSS certification
- PCU and/or telemetry nursing experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience caring for post-Cath Lab patients
- Prior experience in a Stepdown or Intermediate Care setting
