MRI Technologist

Watertown, New York
Schedule / Job Type
Contract (13 Weeks) | Days (11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, with potential for variable shifts) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MRI imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Demonstrate knowledge and application of general anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Operate MRI equipment safely and effectively to produce diagnostic-quality images
- Maintain compliance with all applicable state and federal registry and licensure requirements
- Adapt to variable shift scheduling as operational needs require
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in MR
- Active New York State license required
- Minimum of one (1) year of MRI experience
- Current BLS certification
- Must reside within a 100-mile radius of the facility
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-volume or acute care imaging environment
- Familiarity with a variety of MRI protocols and patient populations
