Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physical therapy interventions
Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Utah
Current BLS/CPR certification
Ability to work a 5-day-per-week schedule with a 32-hour weekly guarantee

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in an acute care, outpatient, or rehabilitation setting
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Experience working within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
