Physical Therapist (PT)

Contract | Days | Monday–Friday | 8-Hour Shifts

Key Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services across both inpatient (swing bed) and outpatient settings
Deliver patient evaluations, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy interventions
Supervise and support Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) staff
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system
Provide patient and family education throughout the course of care

Required Qualifications

Active Arkansas Physical Therapist (PT) license
Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Valid NPI number
Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience
Strong communication and patient education skills
Ability to work independently in a smaller team environment with strong time management skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a rural or critical access hospital setting
Comfort floating between inpatient and outpatient caseloads
Experience with Truebridge/CPSI EMR systems
