Job Title

Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse – Step-Down Float

Location

Globe, AZ

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | 12-Hour Day Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a Medical/Surgical unit setting
Float to Step-Down unit as needed based on staffing and patient census
Fulfill on-call requirements as outlined in the contract
Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with facility protocols and standards

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current ACLS certification
Current BLS certification
Willingness and ability to float to Step-Down unit
Ability to fulfill on-call obligations as part of the contract agreement

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior travel nursing experience in a Medical/Surgical or Step-Down setting
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with variable patient acuity
