Key Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician direction
• Provide pelvic health physical therapy services across a range of conditions including prenatal, postpartum, colorectal, gynecological oncology, pelvic pain, pelvic dysfunction, urinary and fecal incontinence, and general orthopedics including lumbar, pelvis, hip, and knee
• Complete accurate and timely medical record documentation including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state, federal, and payer guidelines
• Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring functional treatment programs support effective return to community activities
• Serve as an educator to patients, families, students, and coworkers; participate in student programs as assigned with appropriate supervision and evaluation
• Adhere to the applicable State Practice Act, maintain professional licensure in good standing, and fulfill all state-mandated continuing education requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in the state of Texas
• Pelvic health certification required
• Experience treating pelvic floor conditions including pelvic pain, pelvic dysfunction, and urinary and fecal incontinence
• Ability to manage 8–10 patients per day
• Proficiency in medical record documentation in compliance with regulatory and payer standards

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience treating prenatal and postpartum populations
• Background in gynecological oncology or colorectal rehabilitation
• Experience in general orthopedic physical therapy including lumbar, pelvis, hip, and knee conditions
