Key Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services to an outpatient orthopedic patient population
Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as required by clinic workflow
Deliver evidence-based evaluation, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (new graduates welcome to apply)
Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee or eligibility to obtain
Ability to meet productivity standards in a fast-paced outpatient setting
Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
Experience or coursework in orthopedic physical therapy
Comfort working in a high-volume clinic environment
