Key Responsibilities

• Provide interim directorial oversight of the CVICU, ICU, and future SICU units
• Lead and integrate ICU care models across multiple critical care units to optimize patient flow and outcomes
• Drive quality improvement initiatives with a focus on CLABSIs, CAUTIs, VAP, and Sepsis reduction
• Ensure readiness for Joint Commission and CMS standards compliance
• Manage budget development, capital budget planning, and productivity across critical care departments
• Lead cultural transformation efforts and foster interdisciplinary collaboration across diverse teams

Required Qualifications

• BSN required
• 2–5 years of nurse manager or director-level experience
• Clinical or management experience in a medical ICU and CVICU setting
• CCRN certification required
• Demonstrated knowledge of quality and patient outcome measures including CLABSIs, CAUTIs, VAP, and Sepsis
• Proven experience with Joint Commission readiness and CMS standards

Preferred Experience / Skills

• MSN or MBA preferred
• Experience leading cultural transformation and managing resistance across diverse teams
• Strong relationship-building and organizational influence skills
