Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiovascular Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (CVPICU) setting
• Float to additional units including NICU, PICU, ED, Stepdown, and Medical/Surgical as needed
• Adapt to varying patient populations and acuity levels across assigned float areas
• Deliver safe, age-appropriate nursing care in compliance with facility policies and standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Ohio State RN license or Compact RN license – must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of approximately 2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred
• Willingness and ability to float to multiple units per facility requirements
• 2 supervisory references required at time of submittal; at least one must hold a manager or supervisor title
• Must not have worked permanently at this facility within the past 2 years
• Must reside outside a 60-mile radius of the facility (no local candidates)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Close to 2 years of CVPICU or related pediatric critical care experience
• Prior experience floating across multiple units in a high-acuity pediatric environment
