Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physical therapy interventions
Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of New Hampshire or ability to obtain prior to start
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
Must comply with facility badging and identification policies at all times

Preferred Experience / Skills

Previous experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
