Contract | Days | 4x12-Hour Shifts (7:00–19:00) | 36 or 48 Hours/Week Available | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for assigned patients on the nursing unit while providing leadership within the nursing team
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate the plan of care for patients served through a Shared Governance model
• Collaborate with all members of the healthcare team with a focus on promoting evidence-based care within a healing culture for the patient population and their families
• Float to support various units including ER hold, overflow units, adult and geriatric psych, and inpatient rehab

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
• Stepdown experience required
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current Arkansas or Compact State RN license in good standing; license must be in-hand at time of submission
• BLS certification required; ACLS and NIHSS required at time of submission
• Active Nursys verification required with submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Critical care experience preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience strongly preferred
• BSN preferred
• Experience with Cerner charting system preferred
