Job Title

Physical Therapist – Contract (13 Weeks)

Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Perform physical therapy evaluations across all inpatient units within a 364-bed acute care hospital
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve established patient goals
Provide discharge planning recommendations following evaluation
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists across a variety of clinical areas including trauma, cardiac, oncology, and critical care
Document patient care accurately using the Meditech EMR system

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in the state of Texas or compact eligibility
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience with trauma patient populations
Vestibular rehabilitation experience
