Job Title

Occupational Therapist (OT)

Location

Silver Spring, MD

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Monday through Friday | 14-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services to patients across assigned care settings as a float therapist
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to improve functional abilities and independence
Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions aligned with patient goals and clinical needs
Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning

Required Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Maryland
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Ability to float and adapt to multiple care settings within the facility
Must present a valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival at the facility
Must wear a photo badge at all times while on site

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a float or registry therapy role
Familiarity with long-term care or rehabilitation settings
