Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and assess patients to develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs

Required Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of North Dakota
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current NBCOT certification
Ability to fulfill a 13-week contract commitment

Preferred Experience / Skills

Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
Strong documentation and communication skills
