Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) – Nights

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care / Step-Down unit with a focus on Neuro PCU patients
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding appropriately to changes in status throughout the night shift
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with established clinical protocols
- Accurately document all patient care activities and maintain compliance with facility and regulatory standards
- Complete required learning modules and maintain adherence to all facility compliance and background check standards prior to and during assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wyoming, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions or hits on record
- Minimum of 24 months of PCU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
- Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- PCU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
- Valid driver's license required to verify residency
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred
- Experience in a Neuro PCU or Step-Down environment
- Flexibility with shifts, departments, and locations to expedite placement
