Contract | Travel | Nights | 12-Week Assignment | Three 12-Hour Shifts per Week (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, assess, and provide nursing care in a Medical Surgical unit in accordance with established mission, philosophy, policies, and procedures
• Demonstrate and communicate exceptional clinical knowledge and skill with a high sense of accountability for nursing practice
• Function under the leadership of unit management, clinical coordination, and charge nursing staff
• Maintain patient safety and quality care standards throughout each shift on a night schedule
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support appropriate staffing and patient care continuity

Required Qualifications

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license — must be active prior to submission
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Candidates local to the facility will not be considered — travel candidates only

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Medical Surgical specialty setting
• Familiarity with alternating work schedules (AWS) in a hospital environment
