Travel RN – Cardiac Care Unit (CCU)

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a Cardiac Care Unit (CCU) setting during overnight shifts
Monitor and assess critically ill patients with cardiovascular conditions
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and unit protocols
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and execute patient care plans
Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Tennessee or compact state eligibility
Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in an ICU or CCU setting
Demonstrated cardiovascular (CV) nursing experience required
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior travel nursing experience in a critical care environment
Familiarity with cardiac monitoring, hemodynamic assessment, and vasoactive drip management
Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into a new unit environment
