Contract | Days | Full-Time | 5x8-hour shifts, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings within a hospital-based facility
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients across care settings
• Document patient progress and clinical notes using Epic electronic health records system
• Float within scope of practice to meet facility needs, including coverage across like units or sister facilities as required
• Participate in holiday coverage on an as-needed basis
• Be prepared to support emergency response teams during hurricane season (June through November)

Required Qualifications

• Active South Carolina or Multi-State Compact Physical Therapist license required at the start of the contract
• Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• Previous travel experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered
• Candidates must reside outside a 60-mile radius of the facility; local candidates will not be accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation environments
• Familiarity with Epic electronic health records charting system
• Ability to adapt to varying patient populations and float assignments as needed
