Job Title

Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room (ER)

Contract | Night Shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care delivery for Emergency Room patients
Provide clinical leadership to the patient care team for the assigned shift
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in a fast-paced emergency setting
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Document patient care accurately and thoroughly within the facility EMR system (Cerner)

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of Emergency Room nursing experience required
Active Illinois RN license (must reflect Active status on Nursys)
Active American Heart Association BLS certification
Active American Heart Association ACLS certification
Active American Heart Association PALS certification
Current Skills Checklist (within the past year) pertinent to Emergency Room specialty required

Preferred Experience / Skills

Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification preferred
Experience with Cerner EMR system
Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this assignment
