Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday – Friday | Flexible scheduling options including 4x10-hour days, 5x8-hour days, or 4x9 + 1x4-hour days | Must be available for 2 evenings per week until 7:30 PM | 13–26 week duration | 40-hour weekly guarantee
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment services in a patient-centered care environment
- Manage a caseload of approximately 55–63 patients per week
- Document patient care using the Raintree EMR system
- Collaborate with a supportive leadership team to deliver high-quality rehabilitative care
- Adhere to clinic scheduling requirements including occasional evening hours
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain
- Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or at least 1 year of PT experience in any setting
- Completion of required HealthStream modules prior to placement
- Ability to commit to a 13–26 week contract schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with Raintree EMR
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume outpatient caseload efficiently
