Required Qualifications

Active California Physical Therapist license
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Preferred Experience / Skills

Minimum 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
Proficiency with NetHealth (Rehab Optima) documentation software
