Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services addressing conditions including ACL tears, disc herniation, rotator cuff injuries, plantar fasciitis, osteoarthritis, fractures, and generalized low back pain
• Deliver vestibular therapy and manual therapy interventions as appropriate
• Conduct fall risk assessments and musculoskeletal evaluations across adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations
• Manage a caseload of 9–11 patient visits per day, scheduled in 30-minute blocks with sessions lasting 1–1.25 hours
• Perform case management duties including screening and building caseload
• Document patient care accurately using NextGen EHR

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license valid in the state of Illinois
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
• Proficiency in musculoskeletal evaluation and fall risk assessment
• Ability to manage a productivity-based caseload of 9–11 visits per day
• Familiarity with NextGen or comparable EHR platforms

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience providing vestibular therapy
• Background in manual therapy techniques
• Experience treating a broad range of orthopedic conditions including post-operative back pain, Achilles tendonitis, and postural dysfunction
