Job Title

Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry

Location

Upland, CA

Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit in accordance with facility protocols and standards of practice
Monitor and assess patients requiring telemetry as needed
Float to the Telemetry unit when staffing needs require
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver safe, effective patient care
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification – required
Experience in Medical Surgical nursing
Ability and willingness to float to Telemetry as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a Telemetry setting
Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and interpretation
