Job Title

Physical Therapist (PT) – Inpatient Rehabilitation (Travel Contract)

Location

Sugar Land, TX

Schedule / Job Type

Contract (Travel) | 13 Weeks with Possible Extension | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services within an inpatient rehabilitation setting
Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in accordance with physician orders and clinical best practices
Document patient progress and treatment notes using the facility's EMR system (ProTouch)
Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation team members to optimize patient outcomes
Float to other units within the facility as needed, including HNW and Med Center areas

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Texas
Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience
Experience working in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
Ability to work a day shift schedule in an onsite, inpatient environment
Compliance with facility dress code (black scrubs required)

Preferred Experience / Skills

At least 1.5 years of experience in inpatient rehabilitation (IPR)
Familiarity with ProTouch EMR system
Experience floating across multiple units or care settings within a hospital environment
