Description

Job Title

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location

Rose City, MI

Schedule / Job Type

Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Days | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and communication disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
Float to an additional facility location as needed to support patient care demands

Required Qualifications

Active and valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of Michigan
LARA fingerprinting must be completed prior to or at start of assignment
Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred or eligibility required

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
Ability to adapt to multiple facility environments and patient populations
