Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5 x 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility requirements
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient care goals
Adhere to all credentialing, compliance, and documentation requirements prior to and during assignment

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license required; permanent Maryland state license required
Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
Ability to meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements before start date
Minimum of 40 guaranteed hours per week with adjusted hours during holiday weeks

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation platforms
