Job Title

Seasonal Contract RN – Level 3/4 NICU (Nights)

Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a Level 3/4 NICU with a patient ratio of 3–4 patients per RN
Operate and monitor specialized NICU equipment including Medfusion pumps, Alaris pumps, Giraffe isolettes, and GE monitors
Document patient care accurately using CPN and Meditech EMR systems
Collaborate with a primarily RN-staffed night shift team to ensure safe, high-quality neonatal care
Adhere to strict unit guidelines including dress code and infection control policies (navy scrubs required; no nail polish or artificial nails)

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 2 years of Level 3 NICU experience
Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
Current BLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior travel nursing experience preferred; first-time travelers will be considered
Friendly, outgoing, and compassionate bedside manner well-suited to a neonatal care environment
