Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Must be available to work 2 weekend shifts per month on a rotating basis

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy treatments to patients across acute care and inpatient rehabilitation settings
• Deliver PT services across multiple units including Trauma Level 1, Neuroscience, ICUs, ECMO, Burn, Oncology, and Ortho & Spine floors
• Support inpatient rehabilitation services within a dedicated inpatient rehab unit
• Utilize therapy equipment including walking aids, bikes, parallel bars, and treadmills during patient treatment sessions
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist licensure (or eligibility) in the state of Texas
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an acute care hospital and/or inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Proficiency with Meditech EMR or ability to quickly adapt to facility EMR systems
• Candidates with experience solely in Skilled Nursing Facilities, outpatient settings, pediatrics, or school-based settings will not be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-acuity acute care environment such as Trauma Level 1, Neuroscience, ICU, or specialty hospital units
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability working across multiple units and patient populations
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, accountable, and team-oriented approach
