Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments
  • Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

  • Active Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of New Hampshire
  • Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred or eligibility required
  • Valid state or federal issued photo identification required for facility access
  • Must comply with facility badging and identification policies at all times

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing environment
  • Experience working across a variety of patient populations and clinical settings
