Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery (LDRP)

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across LDRP settings including Labor and Delivery, triage, and postpartum
• Float between units as needed based on census and staffing requirements
• Maintain patient ratios ranging from 1:1 to 1:6 depending on unit and patient acuity
• Participate in on-call rotation, up to once per pay period as needed
• Work every other weekend as part of the standard schedule
• Complete required facility orientation modules prior to start and annually thereafter

Required Qualifications

• Valid Montana RN license or active Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in LDRP, including Labor and Delivery, triage, and postpartum
• Prior travel nursing experience required; seasoned travelers only
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records
• Ability to float within the facility as needed
• Two professional references covering at least one year of experience within the last three years required during compliance process

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a critical access hospital setting
• Demonstrated flexibility with scheduling and unit float assignments
